Here’s an easy and delicious bedtime recipe you can make for a good night’s sleep! The comforting and gentle flavor of milk and honey will ease your mind and set you up for your night. It can also become a wonderful evening routine to gently slow your rhythm down. Simple and elegant, this recipe will fill you with happiness.

Here’s how to make it.⠀⠀

INGREDIENTS (x1):⠀⠀
50ml Yeh Tea Calm Lady Teapresso⠀
200ml cow milk/almond milk or, coconut milk⠀
100ml foam layer ⠀
Date syrup, honey, or maple syrup⠀
Garnish with Camomile flower (dried or fresh)⠀

TOOLS:⠀
Mug & paper filter⠀
Foam maker⠀
Shaker⠀
Mug or small bowl (capacity 300ml)⠀
⠀⠀
DIRECTIONS:⠀⠀
1.  Yeh Teaspresso –  Put 2 teaspoons camomile loose tea in a paper filter. Add 50ml hot of 100 Degrees Celsius. Let is steep until cool.

2. Yeh Tea Foam Layer – Pour in a milk foamer 50ml of milk and 50ml extra-rich milk (base for whipped cream). Switch it on and leave until the foam is ready.

4. Mocktail – Take a pan and add the chosen milk. Stir while heating up. Stop when you see damp is coming off the surface. Get the pan off the stove.

Pimp to a cocktail (optional):⠀⠀
(add in the pan and stir before serving): ⠀
– Add date syrup, honey or, pure maple syrup⠀
– Add one shot of approximately 30ml grand Marnier to pimp it.⠀

5. Take a mug or small bowl (capacity 300ml) and pour the mocktail in. Add the foam and cream on top until the whole surface is nicely covered (approximately 100ml).⠀⠀

6. Garnish with camomile dried or fresh. Et voila’! Enjoy!⠀
