Easy cocktails anyone? Here we come with one of our most recent creations. We matched our Yeh Tea Darjeeling tea with grapefruit, apricot, and peach juice! These ingredients are so good together that it is almost a duty to try this recipe out. Of course, we also added a suggestion to elevate it to an amazing cocktail, but that is a choice that depends on your mood. No matter what you choose, this recipe will give a whole new meaning to teatime.

Here’s how to make it.⠀⠀
50ml Yeh Tea Mint Teapresso
80ml peach/apricot juice
20ml grapefruit juice
50ml sparkling alcohol-free rosé
100ml crushed ice⠀
Garnish with slices of fresh apricot or peach and fresh mint leaves
Pimp to Cocktail (optional):
one shot of appr. 30ml sparkling Rosé
Mug & paper filter⠀
Glass (capacity 300ml)
1. Yeh Teaspresso – Put 2-3 teaspoon mint loose tea in a paper filter. Add 50ml hot of 100 Degrees Celsius. Let is steep until cooled off.⠀
2. Add in a shaker or a jar the Teaspresso, peach/apricot juice, grapefruit juice, sparkling soda, add sugar if you wish, and shake vigorously.
Pimp to a cocktail (optional):⠀⠀
Add approximately 30ml sparkling Rosé.⠀
3. Take a nice glass (capacity 300ml) and pour the mocktail in. Add crushed ice until the glass is full (approximately 100ml)
4. Garnish with slices of apricot or peach and add on top fresh mint leave. Et voilà! Enjoy!
