Chamomile occurs in open, dry to moist ground. It is a plant that occurs plenty in nature and is underappreciated like the dandelion. The chamomile plant has a thin, green stem and has a flower with small, white, and thin leaves and a big yellow core. The whole flower is edible. With this Calm Lady tea by Yeh Tea, these flowers are clearly visible. Everything is pure. What you see is what you get.

Plant power. We should use it more! Chamomile has anti-inflammatory and calming properties. It is therefore also often used in crèmes and ointments. If you desire a better night’s sleep, drink this tea right before bedtime.

This tea can also be used for cooking or use this tea in a (vegan) latte. Get a pot with enough (almond) milk. Add chamomile and lavender blossoms. Slowly boil the milk, allowing the blossoms to brew. The result is a delicious heart-warming tea latte. Relax and get Zen!
