ROSE STRAWBERRY RASPBERRY CREAM

A ROMANTIC COCKTAIL
An easy rose fruit drink. As always we prefer real fruits to give color and taste to our beautiful cocktail creations. No added colorants are accepted! We want our recipes to be healthy and full of character. This drink is especially suited for anyone craving for a fresh summery vibe, or simply to make an evening special.

Here’s how to make it.⠀⠀

INGREDIENTS (x1):⠀⠀
50ml Yeh Tea Rose Teapresso⠀
100ml frozen strawberry smoothie⠀
100ml frozen raspberry, blackberry, and blueberries smoothie⠀
20 ml of orange juice⠀
80ml cream layer⠀
Garnish with edible rose petals⠀⠀

Pimp to cocktail (optional)
one shot of ca. 30ml gin⠀⠀

Mug & paper filter⠀
Foam maker⠀
2 Jars/Bowls and blender⠀
Cocktail shaker⠀
Glass (capacity 300ml)⠀⠀
⠀⠀
DIRECTIONS:⠀⠀
1. Yeh Teaspresso – Pour 3-4 teaspoon rose loose tea in a paper filter. Add 50ml hot of 100 Degrees Celsius. Let is steep until cooled off.⠀⠀
2. Yeh Tea Cream Layer – Put in a milk foamer 40ml of milk and 40ml extra-rich milk (base for whipped cream). Switch it on⠀
and leave until the foam is ready.⠀
3. Smoothies – Add in a bowl frozen strawberries and half of the orange juice and puree until softened. Make the second one and keep separate for the color layer effect.⠀⠀
4. Mocktail – Add in a cocktail shaker or a jar the ⠀
Teaspresso, strawberry smoothie and shake vigorously. ⠀
Pimp to cocktail:⠀⠀
Add one shot of approximately 30ml suggested alcohol (gin) to pimp it to a delicious cocktail.⠀⠀

5. Take a nice high glass/coup (capacity 300ml) and pour the raspberry blueberry smoothie in. Add after that put the strawberry tea mocktail. The lighter layer goes to the bottom. Add the cream on top until the whole surface is nicely covered (approximately 100ml)⠀⠀

6. Garnish with rose petals.
